I bought a pair about a week ago but I can get a snug fit wearing them under the ear. They keep falling out, especially when once the sweat starts flowing. I get a much better fit over the ear except that wearing them this way swaps the left/right audio channels which I just can do :(.

I feel like Crossfit has to pay the athletes and coach something for the invitational, which of course they would never, ever advertise. It just makes sense that they would from a business perspective, they taking them away from their boxes/families/training/whatever for something that really nothing more than a spectacle. I sure it nothing extravagant, but I be very surprised to find out there was no compensation involved.
